Standing up to tracked-in oil residue from parking lots or gas pump areas is where Ultra Gloss wins hands down.  Strip your old finish and apply Ultra Gloss—3 coats work best. 

High-traffic supermarket or convenience store settings require daily dust mopping and autoscrubbing—burnishing a few times per week. One or two coats of Ultra Gloss may be applied a few times per year after a thorough light scrubbing and burnishing. 

Enjoy picture-perfect results. Upkeep: Wash with Fast-1-2-3 EFP Detergent mixed @ ½ oz. per gallon of cold water and burnish (as required) after washed floor dries.  Nothing will look better or cost less.
