Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Containers should be kept cool with water to prevent vapor pressure build up. Use equipment or shielding, as required, to protect personnel from bursting, rupturing or venting containers..

Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards: At elevated temperatures (over 54C-130F) containers exposed to direct heat or flame or heat contact should be cooled with water to prevent weakening of container structure.

Effects Of Overexposure: 

Eyes:  May cause irritation or possible damage to the tissue if not promptly removed.

Skin:  Frequent or prolonged contact may irritate may irritate and cause dermatitis.

Inhalation: Coughing, shortage of breath, dizziness and intoxication.

Ingestion: Moderately toxic.

Emergency First Aid Procedures:

Eyes:  Flush immediately with water for at least 15 minutes while lifting the upper and lower lids.  Call a physician.

Skin:  Remove contaminated clothing. Flush skin with water, follow with soap and water. Do o t reuse clothing until cleaned.

Inhalation:  Remove subject to fresh air and administer oxygen if breathing is difficult. Call a physician.

 

NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: There is no specific antidote. Treatment should be directed at the control of the symptoms and the clinical condition.
