Claims of "No Wax Floors" or "Permanent Shine Coatings" are really misleading.  Floor traffic causes even the hardest surface to scratch - i.e. metal, granite, marble, and terrazzo.

Scratches cause irregular reflection of light rays which our eyes sense as the surface looking dull.  A chemical that fills scratches as it covers a floor and causes the surface to again reflect light rays evenly, will return a floor's gloss.

Premier leaves a gloss and a super-tough burnishable film.
